Who we are We are a private party real estate bird dog company, specializing in commercial property. We know that the biggest part of investing, is finding the properties. We have no connections with brokers or real estate agents. We simply cut out the hard work of locating the properties for the investor. This way, the investor can simply look at the offer, buy or pass, without wasting time

How we work

We simply search for the property that was "ordered" once the property is located, we can e-mail the investor the basic information on the property, letting them decide if its the right property for them!


No locating fee, you only pay when you buy, For homes 500,000 or less, we ask 2.5%, and anything over that, is only 1%
